Learning Stress: The Feeling of Heavy in a Life that appears to be normal.

The issue of stress is misconstrued as stress arising at times of serious issues, yet truth has it that the presence of stress is silent even when life seems normal on the surface. Most individuals are going about their daily activities- work, family, communication with other people- performing all these undertakings without even understanding the cause of the continuous pressure they experience. When the brain is overstressed with demands, confusion, and emotional strain that cannot be sorted out, the stress burden becomes overwhelming. Mental wellness awareness is the factor that makes people realize that stress is not a weakness, but the indicator that the body and mind are undergoing the state of imbalance, need to recover and control the process in a structured manner.

One of the causes that lead to stress being intense, is the fact that stress is not always associated with a single occurrence. Rather, stress is built up in mini pressures like deadlines, money concerns, relationship strains, insomnia and self-comparison. With a combination of these pressures, the mind does not relax to its fullest even at rest time. Human beings tend to perceive themselves as being lazy since they are exhausted but in this case, this is mental exhaustion. The awareness makes people realize that they should recognize the sources of pressure and not blame themselves. The first step to the reduction of stress triggers is understanding them.

There is also an increased strength of stress, when individuals disregard warning signs. Soon headaches, stiffness in the body, irritation, overthinking, sudden anger, and loss of motivation are the initial symptoms, but most individuals treat them as the norm and proceed to work harder. In the long run, this leads to burnout in which the mind cannot rest even when on free time.Even small adjustments in sleep, diet, breaks and boundaries help to relieve stress on its own. Childhood treatment averts failure.

Emotional suppression is another cause of stress that makes it heavy. Most people hold feelings within themselves as they do not want to be seen to be weak, or they might be judged. Unspoken and unprocessed emotions are pressure. Consciousness is known to make people tolerate feelings as normal reactions. Experiential processing of emotions by means of writing, talk, or thinking will decrease inner load. Emotional intelligence brings about psychological stamina.

Time confusion is also closely related to stress. Panic prevails when individuals think that they have much to do and very little time to accomplish it. Several tasks do not bring about most of the stress but a deficit in structure. Feeling of being overwhelmed is caused by the fact that tasks are not organized and the brain continues repeating that I have so much work. Wellness consciousness educates about setting time, priorities, and the division of tasks into small parts. The structure is more de-stressing than motivation can ever be.

Stress and sleep are highly related. And the poorer the sleep the less patient and the more reactive is the brain. Minor concerns begin to grow huge and emotional strength diminishes. Individuals can easily get angry or emotional at trivial matters. Consciousness promotes the defense of sleep as psychological treatment, but not optional rest. Emotional control and decision making is enhanced by a better sleep. Stress is automatically minimized through sleep discipline.

Social stress is the other significant factor. Social media, relationships, family expectations, and comparison are some of the push factors that many people experience. The success of people leads to self-doubt, although the journey of the individual is firm. Wellness awareness helps individuals to lessen the sense of comparison, concentrate on self-growth, and avoid a wasted mental power on extraneous focus. Social approval does not bring inner peace, and inner peace is brought by self-focus.

At the end of it all, stress is cumbersome when the brain is over-burdened and it is not relieved. Being aware of stress is a process that allows people to develop a habit of varying activity and rest, emotions and reason. When individuals learn about their stress pattern, they no longer feel confused and take charge. Stress is not eliminated immediately, but it can be discussed as manageable. Consciousness makes stress a life crisis that can be resolved.
